Journeys in search of Family Roots, Shtetlach and the Spirit of the Past
Family Journeys are designed for those searching for family roots in the countries of origins of their parents, grandparents and relatives.We will research Jewish family geology in each visited country in an attempt to find the original Jewish spirits that prevailed then. The seminar- “KNOW FROM WHERE THOU COMETH” will accent key personalities and leadership, daily life in both the cities and townships, with special emphasis on related sites that foster the DNA linkage. Preparation for this format will include advanced knowledge of the participating family, in order to construct a custom designed itinerary reflective of both the needs of younger and older family members and their Jewish past.
